Slowing Down
Weekends give us space to slow down, and that’s a gift. The Prophet ﷺ reminded us, “Take advantage of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your preoccupation, and your life before your death.” (Hakim).

🎯 Do: This weekend, use a slice of your free time to invest in something meaningful — a du‘a list, a family check-in, or a small act of sadaqah. These moments, however simple, shape the bigger picture of our lives.
